In the framework of the EU funded project “Promotion of Rural Development and Diversification in Khulo Municipality”, implemented by Caritas Czech Republic in Georgia (CCRG), second Rural Development Grant Competition has been completed and results announced.
Within the second phase of the competition, 102 full project applications were submitted. The project proposals were evaluated by experienced external evaluator company (Agro-Service Consulting) and ENPARD Khulo project monitoring team. 67 applicants passed minimal evaluation score to eligible to participate in the next stage – verbal presentation. A five-member Rural Development Grant committee group conducted interviews. According to quotas, Grant budget limitations and rural development grant committee decisions 45 full projects have been selected for granting.
